Formulated in 1934, the Social Action program was conceived by Bro. Elmo M. Anderson to focus on improving the general well being of minority groups. The mission of the Social Action Program is to encourage social, political and philanthropic leadership that strengthens our respective communities/membership.
The Bigger & Better Business Program promotes and supports minority and small businesses and encourage sound financial practices. Xi Chi Sigma hosts webinars that support minority and small business owners. Help us support local businesses by joining our “Black Spend Initiative”.
